Support for You and Your Students
The College offers a variety of academic support services to students. Services include peer and professional tutoring, a writing center, and services for students with disabilities.
New and existing students can find assistance through the Student Resource Center.
The English as a Second Language Online Resource Center is helpful to our many ESL students and those who work with them.
The Learning Commons offers tutorial services, technology access, and library services. Reference and research support is available for students and faculty. Information literacy instruction is available to classes by prior arrangement. Most branch campuses also have a Learning Commons. Please see the public website and delaGATE tab for additional information.
The Center to Promote Excellence in Teaching and Learning provides numerous resources, group seminars, and individual appointments for faculty.
The administrative assistants in your department or at your branch campus are invaluable resources. They will be able to answer many of the questions you have as you begin teaching at the College.
