How to Schedule a Transfer Appointment
View all the exciting events happening this month for Virtual Transfer Information Month, October 2021. You might be able to get all your transfer related questions answered by one of our Transfer Advisors during one of our drop-in Q&A sessions being offered this month.
We encourage students to schedule a meeting with a transfer advisor early on in their College career. If you are enrolled in the Dual or Guaranteed Admissions program with one of our partner institutions, we suggest that you meet with a transfer advisor every semester. Before scheduling an appointment:
- Choose a major. If you need help on selecting a major and future profession, schedule a Career Counseling appointment. You might want one, or several, appointments with one of our career counselors. It's up to you.
- Check that your preferred school has your major.
- Avoid scheduling an appointment during classes.
- Know your student ID number.
NOTE: The scheduling of Transfer Appointments will be halted during the weeks of November 1st through the 12th, as all of our advisors will be busy working with students with Open Registration. Therefore, there will be a slight delay in scheduling your appointment during these two weeks.
Transfer advisors are available virtually due to remote learning circumstances. You need to be logged into your delaGATE account in order to access this Microsoft Transfer Appointment Request Form. If you need assistance logging into your dccc account, please call 610-359-5211 for assistance.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to the Transfer Office: Laura Mangano, Transfer Coordinator, by email or by phone at 610-359-5385.
