The Faculty Innovation Grant
Support for Year 1 of this grant will come from the Office of First-Generation Students
The Faculty Innovation Grant supports retention and student success of first-generation students in the most enrolled online courses with lowest success rates. These digitally enhanced courses would serve as digital learning –ready flagships based on lessons learned during the pandemic reinforcing the need to be agile and pivot-ready. Updated courses can serve as course templates for future sections taught by other faculty.
Faculty/Courses selected will receive instructional design consultation, training & support from the Carter Center for Excellence and the Office of Digital Learning and other key areas.
