It was historically thought that IQ was a good measure of a person's ability to make good decisions. More recent research has identified many different kinds of "intelligence." Emotional Quotient (EQ) is the ability of individuals to recognize their own and others' emotions, to identify different feelings appropriately, and to use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior. Come to this interactive workshop to learn about EQ and how it can help you make better decisions.
