Literary criticism is the interpretation and evaluation of an author's work(s) through close reading of the text. As a literature student, you will write your own critiques as well as read the analyses written by literary scholars. In this webinar, we will explore research tools useful for finding literary criticism. After this session, you will be able to:
- Locate the College's library databases for literature
- Describe the purpose and basic characteristics of literary criticism
- Search the College's Library catalog and literature database to find information about an author or/and the author’s work
