We all have stress from time to time, but we also all experience it differently. Come to this workshop to learn some practical and easy ways to manage your stress from test anxiety, and school stress, social situations and relationships, or general every day anxiousness that can make you feel on edge. Participants will also receive a gift bag of stress busting goodies!
