I am an illustrator and character designer at heart. When I create a character, I incorporate their personality into the design, as well as the setting they are in. In this series of paintings I have utilized my studies of figure drawing, replicating texture, and color theory to alter my close friends into the fantasy role they become in the realm of imagination. Whether it be the character they slip into at the D&D table every Friday night, or simply who they would like to become without the limitations of reality. My paintings aim to place the power of imagination into a believable reality that shows who my friends can become in a world of endless possibility.
