
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA)—Chandeep Kaur of Upper Darby, a recent graduate of Delaware County Community College, has been awarded a Neumann University Full-Tuition Scholarship. The scholarship will cover the cost of tuition for two years at Neumann for Kaur to complete her bachelor’s degree. She intends to major in Criminal Justice with a minor in Cybersecurity.
Kaur graduated from DCCC in May 2025 with an associate degree in Administration of Justice. During her time at the College, she served as a student ambassador and student mentor, as vice president of the Women’s Soccer Club and as public relations officer for the Multicultural Club.
She received the Outstanding Student Achievement Award in recognition of her contributions to the College and community. She was also a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society.
An international student originally from India, Kaur grew up in Greece. She serves as a volunteer firefighter at the Llanerch Fire Company in Havertown and additionally contributes volunteer time to the Red Cross, assisting with fire prevention.
