Kelleher Connect Career Opportunity Fund
Short-term training opportunities with long-term benefits to jump-start your career.
The Kelleher Connect Career Opportunity Fund provides up to $5,000 per semester in financial assistance for eligible students, as funding allows.
Please note: Funding is limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to qualifying students. Awards are determined after all federal and state financial aid (such as FAFSA) has been applied, and continued funding in future semesters cannot be guaranteed as it is dependent on ongoing donor support.
To qualify, you must:
- Be enrolled continuously in at least two academic courses in an eligible certificate program
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0 in each course throughout your enrollment in the program
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for each academic year you are enrolled
- Be a resident of Delaware County or Chester County
Applying for these funds is easy:
Step 1: Complete an Admissions Application for an eligible certificate program.
Current students not yet enrolled in an eligible program must submit a Change of Major form before proceeding.
Step 2: Submit a Kelleher Connect Application
Applications are reviewed as received and funding is awarded on a rolling basis.
Step 3: Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

About the Kelleher Family Foundation
Andrew and Sharon Kelleher launched the Kelleher Connect Career Opportunity Fund through their family foundation. By creating opportunities for an education that leads to a strong career path, the Kelleher Family Foundation encourages recipients to bring their new knowledge and career skills back into their communities.
“As a returning student, it’s a financial strain. Any time there is financial aid, it takes a lot of the burden off.”
