New to project management and need to ramp up your skills in a hurry? If so then this is the course for you. You will learn a good bit about everything project management. The course starts with why and how projects get started. Then it goes into the planning basics of scope, schedule and budget and how to create a project plan. You will also see how to manage a project team and manage risk.
Our instructors are all PMP-certified practitioners with experience in a variety of professions and who possess numerous academic credentials. This 28-hour course provides an in-depth review of project management principles and provides a proven and sound foundation of project management basics, practical examples and exercises to mimic real life.
This course will help students increase their knowledge and confidence to be successful in managing projects of all sizes and complexities. Students will be able to immediately apply what they learn on the job.
The course aligns with the current PMP Exam Content Outline. The hours that you spend taking this course can be applied to the 35-hour education requirement needed to sit for the PMP Exam.

This intense, 35-hour preparation course contains five modules that immerse you in real-world scenarios, representing various industries and project management situations to help you practice applying principles and concepts at work. This course meets the 35-hour requirement to apply to take the PMP Exam and is intended for those who are experienced in project management (3 years for those with a four-year degree, 5 years for those with secondary education diploma or equivalent) and who have already taken project a management course. The focus is on how best to prepare, study for, and take the PMP credential examination. A review of material normally covered in the exam will be presented. Successful completion of this course ensures that students will meet the 35-hour education requirement in order to apply for and take the exam and that their Education will not be subject to content audit.

The CAPM certification might be perfect for you! Unlike PMP, it doesn’t require prior Project Management experience. Our 24-hour preparation course fulfills the 23-hour eligibility requirement for the CAPM Exam.
Ideal for beginners or those with insufficient practical experience for the PMP Exam, out course focuses on the best preparation, study, and test-taking strategies for the CAPM certification exam.
