New to project management and need to ramp up your skills in a hurry? If so then this is the course for you. You will learn a good bit about everything project management. The course starts with why and how projects get started. Then it goes into the planning basics of scope, schedule and budget and how to create a project plan. You will also see how to manage a project team and manage risk.
This 28-hour course provides an in-depth review of project management principles and provides a proven and sound foundation of project management basics, practical examples and exercises to mimic real life.
This course will help students increase their knowledge and confidence to be successful in managing projects of all sizes and complexities. Students will be able to immediately apply what they learn on the job.
The course aligns with the current PMP Exam Content Outline. The hours that you spend taking this course can be applied to the 35-hour education requirement needed to sit for the PMP Exam.
