How should governments manage their citizens' trash? The answers are surprisingly complicated, and, depending on who you ask, they could spark controversy. Join us as we explore the good, the bad, and the ugly, of waste management programs with Jack Siderer, an industry veteran. When is a waste management program deemed successful? How is success measured? What kinds of compromises get made when planning and implementing new waste management systems? All these questions and more will be addressed.
