Non-traditional adult learners face unique challenges when returning to college, from balancing work and family life to sometimes feeling out of place or even academically rusty. Join a group of your fellow students to talk about the issues commonly faced by non-traditional aged students, as well as the important perspective they bring to the classroom and the College community. Students can listen in or share their experiences; they'll learn about resources catered to their needs as an adult learner and even join a supportive community of like-minded students.
Presenter: Mick Teti-Beaudin, Assistant Professor, English
