Yes.  There are no restrictions on usage; however, the computers require an academic network log-in to use them (Internet use, database access, printing, etc.)  The librarians will log in public patrons at the reference desk.

Public patrons may purchase a community borrower card for $3 for 90 days or $10 for a year to allow them to check out books and magazines.  The public may also use our virtual collections through the librarian in the physical library.
