Widener University – Dual Admissions Agreement
The Dual Admissions (DA) program with Widener University is for Full-Time students.
To be eligible for the DA program, students must graduate from DCCC with an A.A., A.S. A.F.A. or the following A.A.S (IT-Computer Programming, Web Development, Game Development or Interactive Multimedia) degree programs.
To enroll, students must complete an Intent to Enroll form before earning 30 college credits.
Students enrolled in the DA program should submit a completed Admissions Application once 45 college credits have been completed, or by:
July 15 for the Fall semester
November 15 for the Spring semester.
Students must earn a minimum 2.00 GPA and a maximum of 64 credits may transfer to Widener University under the terms of this agreement.
Once accepted, students have the opportunity to enroll at Widener University within one year of graduation from Delaware County Community College as long as they have not attended any other institutions following graduation.
* The Nursing BSN program is excluded from this agreement.
* The School of Engineering requires a minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA and a grade of “C” or higher in Calculus, Chemistry and Physics.
Scholarship amounts for students attending full-time through this transfer agreement: (based upon cumulative GPA from all post-secondary institutions attended)

| 2.84 – 3.12 | $18,000/year |
| 3.13 – 3.40 | $22,500/year |
| 3.41+ | $25,000/year |
