Surgical Technology Information Sessions

If you would like to apply for admission to the Surgical Technology program, you must:

  • Attend an information session. You can register for an information session by clicking the links on this page. Please note the location.
  • Follow the instructions as outlined in the Surgical Technology Entrance Requirements Packet–Fall 2027.
  • After attending an information session and completing any surgical technology prerequisite requirements as listed in the surgical technology packet, complete the Surgical Technology Petition. Petitions will open October 5 for candidates residing in sponsoring school districts. All other candidates may petition beginning November 9, 2026.

You must have previously completed the general application for admission before you can submit your online petition. All students petitioning to the Surgical Technology Program should already have a DCCC ID number.
