The Student Employment Services & Co-Op Center at Delaware County Community College prepares students and graduates for the workforce by teaching job search skills, hosting career workshops and events, and provides experiential opportunities. The Center is committed to building and strengthening employers partnerships to provide organizations with candidate for employment.

DCCC’s Student Employment Services & Co-op Center offers job search help for students and alumni, including:

  • Job search coaching
  • Resume and cover letter reviews
  • Practice and support improving your interview skills
  • LinkedIn and networking
  • Connecting students with employers

We also connect students with companies through career fairs, recruiter visits, and employer panels held on campus.

Career Fairs

Connect with local employers and learn more about potential career opportunities at the College’s multiple career fairs. Held throughout the year, these fairs bring dozens of local employers to campus to meet interested students.

Many company representatives set up recruiting stations outside the cafeteria on our Marple Campus (ground floor, Founders Hall) to interview students for full- and part-time positions. For a list of visiting recruiters, check the Events page.

Co-op and Internship Program

Gain hands-on work experience through the Co-op/Internship Program. Cooperative Education is a program that gives you academic credit for real-world work experience in your major and the opportunity to earn a paycheck.
