My teaching philosophy is a blend of instructional material with actual world experience, application, and examples. Students are invited and encouraged to share their own experience and perspectives. Students are also encouraged to challenge and offer alternative views. The learning experience is designed to be collaborative in nature where each student is encouraged to participate in a relaxed classroom environment where every contribution is welcomed and listened to.
