(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • March 11, 2015)—Applications are now being accepted for Delaware County Community College’s New Choices Career Development Program, which begins its next session on Tuesday, March 24, 2015. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on the College’s Marple Campus (901 S. Media Line Road, Media, PA). The last day to register is March 23.

New Choices is a FREEprogram that is dedicated to empowering individuals in career transition through job readiness, personal and professional growth, education, training and employment. Serving individuals for more than 30 years, the New Choices program provides individual and group support, career planning workshops, employer contacts, networking opportunities, resume writing, interviewing techniques and basic computer skills. Classes are designed to build self-confidence, assertiveness and decision-making skills. Applications are also now being accepted for a three-week mini session beginning in May.
