(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • December 15, 2017)—Delaware County Community College’s New Choices Career Development program recently celebrated the completion of its fall class with a graduation luncheon. New Choices provides individual and group support, career assessment and planning, employer contacts, networking opportunities, resume writing, interviewing techniques and basic computer skills, with the aim of helping students find a successful career and a fresh start.
Are you in a career transition and anxious to get back on track but don’t know where to begin? Do you need help with confidence-building, assertiveness, or education and training resources? Are you looking for basic computer skills? Delaware County Community College’s FREE New Choices Career Development program can help you gain the knowledge and skills you need to determine a career path, find a job and achieve your goals.
New Choices is a FREE six-week program that helps participants make career, educational and personal changes successfully. Classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the College’s Marple Campus (901 South Media Line Road, Media, PA).
