(Delaware/Chester County, Aug. 31, 2011)–The summer sessions in theNew Choices Development Services program at Delaware County Community College are well underway with 15 clients. Below are several clients who recently completed the program.
Applications are now being accepted for sessions beginning in October. For more information, please call 610-359-5232.For more than 29 years, the program has provided support and direction to thousands of area residents. New Choices is a FREE (for those who are eligible) career exploration and job re-entry program that provides individual and group support, career planning workshops, employer contacts, networking opportunities, resume writing, interviewing techniques and basic computer skills. Classes and workshops are designed to build self-confidence and awareness.
Classes are offered at three locations – Delaware County Community College, (Marple Campus) – 901 South Media Line Road, Media; Southeast Center in Sharon Hill and the Exton Center.
