(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA)—Delaware County Community College’s Board of Trustees is proud to welcome Kevin B. Scott as its newest member. A long-time resident of Delaware County, Scott is a partner at Fox Rothschild, LLP and chair of the firm’s Public Finance Group. His extensive higher education experience makes him a valuable addition to the Board and will be instrumental in helping the College meet the needs of the community.

Scott’s practice covers corporate law, public finance, infrastructure, and education, with an emphasis on health care and higher education revenue bond financing. He has spent most of his career advising higher education institutions on a wide variety of legal and financial issues and has authored numerous articles on the topic.

Active in many organizations, Scott is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations, the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the National Association of College and University Attorneys. He is also a member and past president of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers and of the advisory board of the Campus Legal Advisor. 

Scott earned a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova School of Law, a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and an associate degree from County College of Morris. He currently resides within the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District.
