MEDIA, PA – The Small Business Solutions Center at Delaware County Community College will host How To Buy and Sell A Small Business as part of the SBSC’s ongoing speaker series. William Doyle will speak on Tuesday, May 24 from 8:15 to 10:15 AM in the Marple Campus (STEM Building Auditorium).
Doyle is an attorney with more than twenty years of experience in the field of purchasing or selling businesses of all sizes. In addition, Doyle is the President of the Bridlebrook Group, a firm that assists potential business buyers and sellers with this complex and often difficult task.
The focus of the presentation will be on valuations of a business, market standards, legal matters, and franchising among other topics. A question and answer period follows.
