(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • August 26, 2021)—Delaware County Community College has extended the time for students to register for Fall 2021 and Fall 7-Week A classes through Wednesday, September 1. Fall classes will be conducted in person, online and through hybrid options. Students enrolled in credit courses can receive up to $600 in grant funds and a textbook voucher of up to $400 for the fall semester thanks to additional Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds available through the American Rescue Plan allowing the College to award grants to eligible students (some exceptions may apply).
The registration deadline extension and the available relief funding is part of the College’s commitment to student success during the ongoing pandemic. “We hope these grants assist students with their financial needs and make it easier for new and continuing students to get on track to achieve their educational goals,” said Delaware County Community College President Dr. L. Joy Gates Black.
