(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA)— The Wellness Center at Delaware County Community College is sponsoring an American Red Cross Blood Drive on Wednesday, October 9 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Thursday, October 10 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Academic Building Cafe on the Marple Campus (901 South Media Line Road, Media, PA).

Blood donors of all types are always needed. Your blood donation can make the difference between an adequate supply and a shortage. Only 38 percent of Americans are eligible to donate blood and of those only eight percent do, which amounts to about three out of every 100 people. By donating, you will truly have an impact.
