(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • May 2, 2017)—Delaware County Community College is pleased to present the work of students graduating from Associate of Fine Arts (A.F.A.) degree programs in Graphic Design, Photography and Studio Art. The fifth annual A.F.A. Graduation Exhibition opens with a reception on Thursday, May 4, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Art Gallery on the Marple Campus (901 South Media Line Road, Media, PA). Refreshments will be served.

The A.F.A. Graduation Exhibition will showcase the work of 27 students, many of whom plan to pursue bachelor’s degrees in various fields of fine art and design. Free and open to the public, the exhibition spans a diversity of mediums, materials and artistic approaches, and includes digital creations, paintings, sculptures, commercial and noncommercial products, and art created through both traditional and experimental techniques.

The A.F.A. Graduation Exhibition will remain on view through June 1 and is made possible by the Delaware County Community College Educational Foundation, Campus Life and the Communication, Arts & Humanities Division.

The Art Gallery is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and will be closed on Fridays beginning May 19.
