Register for Next New Choices Career Development Program by 9/22
(Delaware and Chester Counties, PA • September 7, 2016)—Are you unemployed or underemployed and anxious to get back on track with your career, but don’t know where to begin? Do you need help with confidence-building, assertiveness or education and training resources? Are you looking for basic computer skills? Delaware County Community College’s FREE New Choices Career Development program can help you gain the knowledge and skills you need to find a job and advance your career.
New Choices begins its next six-week session on Tuesday, September 27. The program is free and helps participants make career, educational and personal changes successfully. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Participants will experience individual and group support, career assessment and planning workshops, gain employer contacts and networking opportunities, learn resume writing and interviewing techniques as well as basic computer skills. Register by September 22 to secure your spot.
