Neumann University – Dual Admissions Agreement
Under the Dual Admissions (DA) program with Neumann University (WCU), qualifying students graduating with the A.A., A.S., A.F.A. or A.A.S. degree, will be guaranteed admission into a parallel bachelor’s degree program with junior status. Students may attend as a full-time or part-time student.
To enroll, students must complete an Intent to Enroll form no later than their last semester at DCCC.
Students enrolled in the DA program should submit a completed admissions application the semester prior to transfer. The Neumann University application fee will be waived.
Students must earn a minimum 2.00 GPA, from all institutions attended. Only grades of “C” or higher can transfer towards the bachelor’s degree major. Some programs require additional pre-requisite coursework or higher GPA’s before entry. A maximum of 90 college credits can be accepted in transfer.
Once accepted, students must enroll at Neumann University within one calendar year after DCCC graduation and must not attend another institution prior to matriculation at Neumann University.
Neumann University will be awarding one DCCC transfer students a full-tuition scholarship. Students do not have to be enrolled in the DA program, but must graduate with a DCCC associate degree and enroll full-time.
Guaranteed Scholarships (dated 2025) for students who enroll full-time at Neumann University, per year for two consecutive years:
| Cumulative GPA 3.50 – 4.00 | $17,000 |
| Cumulative GPA 3.00 – 3.49 | $16,000 |
| Cumulative GPA 2.50 – 2.99 | $15,000 |
| Cumulative GPA 2.00 – 2.49 | $12,000 |
Neumann University will also provide a $3,000 per year Phi Theta Kappa scholarship to all students who are PTK members and enroll at Neumann full-time.
