Gwynedd Mercy University – Dual Admissions Agreement
The Dual Admissions (DA) program with Gwynedd Mercy University guarantees admission into a bachelor’s program with junior status. To be eligible for guaranteed acceptance, students must graduate from DCCC with an A.A., A.S. or A.A.S. degree as listed in Appendix A of the agreement. Please refer to the full agreement found in Transfer Check.
To enroll, students must complete an Intent to Enroll form before earning 30 college credits.
Students must earn a minimum 2.00 GPA (higher for certain majors) and a maximum of 75 credits may transfer to Gwynedd Mercy University under the terms of this agreement. The application fee will be waived.
Once accepted, students have the opportunity to enroll at Gwynedd Mercy University within two years of graduation from DCCC as long as they have not attended any other institutions following graduation.
Scholarship amounts for students attending full-time through this transfer agreement: (based upon cumulative GPA from all post-secondary institutions attended)
| 2.00 – 2.49 | $10,000/year |
| 2.50 – 2.99 | $11,000/year |
| 3.00 – 3.49 | $13,000/year |
| 3.50 – 4.00 | $15,000/year |
Members of Phi Theta Kappa will receive an additional $2,000 per year.
