A panel of experts will discuss multiple aspects of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in society including:
• CRT in K-12 education
• The legal attributes of CRT and its founding in legal dialogue
• The political motivations to make CRT a central policy issue
• The history of CRT relative to structural factors of societal discrimination
• The manner in which CRT is framed and how it might enhance social divisions
