Managing Stress Workshop
Spring semester stressing you out? Not sure how to deal with everything on your plate? Take a break and learn about why stress can be good for you, what you can do to minimize negative stress and how to finish this semester in a healthy way! We will also be doing some de-stress activities including breathing exercises, meditation, and making stress balls. This workshop counts towards the Wellness Student Directions certificate. Food and giveaways for all attendees.
