Research has shown that practicing writing can aid in stress relief and improved mental health. Therefore, in this workshop, participants will be presented with written communication tools specifically meant to foster self-understanding and empowerment. Writing prompts will provide pathways to reflection and critical thinking, which can be used to generate greater confidence in all areas of life.
