A critical ingredient of good leadership is being able to facilitate group decision making. When a group reaches consensus, it allows everyone to participate in the decision-making process. But what is consensus? What is not? This workshop will address these questions and provide an opportunity to practice consensus decision making. Workshop Leader Parker Snowe, an educational advisor in the College's Career & Counseling Center, has over 20 years experience leading groups in the consensus process. Free refreshments. Counts as one workshop toward the Navigating Leadership Certificate.
