On March 26, the Legal Studies and Paralegal Program at Delaware County Community College will host a FREE legal clinic and aid low to moderate income residents of Chester and Delaware Counties in the creation of Simple Will and/or a Durable Power of Attorney.
Legal/Paralegal students, under the supervision of a licensed Pennsylvania attorney, will be available Thursday, March 26th, to meet with individuals in person at Delaware County Community College; Marple Campus, Academic Building, 901 S. Media Line Road, Media, PA 19063.

CLINIC SCHEDULE:
Thursday, March 12, 2026: Last Day to Register for the Clinic.
Thursday, March 26, 2026: Clinic attendee interviews will be conducted from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Attendees are asked to register at the above link prior to attending.
Thursday April 23, 2026: Clinic attendees will be able to sign and pick up their Simple Will/Power of Attorney from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a designated location in Delaware County that will be confirmed on March 26.
[1] Eligibility requirements: Client incomes cannot exceed three times the 2026 Federal Poverty Guidelines.
