Eastern University – Dual Admissions Agreement
The Dual Admissions (DA) program is with Eastern University College of Arts and Science and the Graduate and Professional Studies Schools. Under the DA program, DCCC students will be guaranteed admission into a parallel bachelor’s degree program with junior status. Students may attend as a full-time or part-time student.
To be eligible for the DA program, students must graduate from DCCC with an A.A., A.S. A.F.A. or A.A.S degree
To enroll, students must complete an Intent to Enroll form before earning 30 college credits.
Students enrolled in the DA program should submit a completed Admissions Application once 45 college credits have been completed, or by:
July 15 for the Fall semester
November 15 for the Spring semester.
Students must earn a minimum 2.00 GPA and a maximum of 89 credits may transfer to Eastern University under the terms of this agreement. Only grades of “C” or higher can transfer towards the bachelor’s degree major.
Once accepted, students have the opportunity to enroll at Eastern University within one year of graduation from DCCC, not complete more than six credits after graduating and not attend any other institutions following graduation.
* The A.A.S. in Accounting is only eligible for the Graduate and Professional Studies School.
* The only nursing program available is the RN to BSN.
* Education majors must earn a minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA from all institutions attended.

| Cumulative GPA 3.00 – 3.49 | $10,000 |
