Food Truck Mobile Food & Beverage Business Class
This course will introduce the student to Mobile Food & Beverage Management and provides the fundamentals of owning and operating a mobile Food and Beverage business, whether it’s operating a food truck, mobile coffee or mobile bar. It will familiarize the student with the tools needed to formulate a mobile concept and turn it into a standardized plan. The student will focus menu development, truck and trailer design, location and marketing case studies, guest speakers, and current food truck businesses will aid the student in designing theirown mobile business unit.
