Designed for the intermediate cook. Expand your knowledge of the fundamental concepts, skills, and techniques involved in preparing a 4 course meal (appetizer, salad, entree, dessert). Learn to plan, execute, and successfully serve your guests a cohesive dinner menu with a whimsical tablescape that is sure to impress even the most critical dinner guests.
