Watch a special message from President Dr. L. Joy Gates Black

2020 Honorees

Student Speaker

Meredith AdamsMeredith Adams
Adams is graduating with an associate degree in Liberal Arts and plans to study business at her next institution. During her time at Delaware County Community College, she served as a peer mentor and was involved with the Student Government Association, serving as president this past year. This allowed her to take part in committees and forums that gave her a deep appreciation for the College and everyone who works to make it the best place for students. “I am so fortunate to have found a place like the College that has truly helped me thrive academically and beyond,” she says. “Although I am sad my time here is coming to an end, I am grateful for the doors Delaware County Community College has opened for me, and I am sure I will be back some day!”
