Cedar Crest College – Dual Admissions Agreement
The Dual Admissions (DA) program with Cedar Crest College (CCC) allows for guaranteed admission into a bachelor’s program with junior status when completing a parallel program of study and earning a minimum overall 2.0 GPA (from all post-secondary institutions attended).
To be eligible for guaranteed acceptance, students must graduate from DCCC with an A.A., A.S., A.A.S. or A.F.A degree as listed in Appendix A of the agreement. Please refer to the full agreement found in Transfer Check. To enroll in the program, students must complete an Intent to Enroll form before earning 30 college credits. The A.A. and A.S. degrees will fulfill the undergraduate general education requirements at CCC.
Students must earn a minimum 2.00 GPA (or higher for certain majors) and a maximum of 68 credits may transfer to Cedar Crest College under the terms of this agreement.
Once accepted, students have the opportunity to enroll at Cedar Crest College within two years of graduation from Delaware County Community College as long as they have not attended any other institutions following graduation.
For all students with a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher:
| Presidential Scholarship | 3.75+ | $24,000/year |
| Trustee Scholarship | 3.5-3.74 | $22,000/year |
| Founders Scholarship | 3.0-3.49 | $20,000/year |
| Deans Scholarship | 2.5-2.99 | $18,000/year |
For students with a 3.25 cumulative GPA or higher:
For students who are a member of PTK:
| PTK Scholarship | 3.5+, 24 credits earned | An additional $3,000/year on top of your merit scholarship |
For students who know an alumnae/i of CCC:
| Heirloom Award | Recommended by a CCC alumnae/i | An additional $2,000/year on top of your merit scholarship |
For Students who have a sibling attending CCC at the same time as them:
| Sibling Award | Sibling Concurrently Enrolled | An additional $2,000/year on top of your merit scholarship |
The scholarship ranges begin at 2.5. There is no minimum GPA for the Heirloom Award or the Sibling Award.
