Delaware County Community College is expanding workforce training opportunities in Chester County with the launch of its new Building Facilities Maintenance Certificate (BFMC) Program beginning in August 2026 at the Coatesville Training and Education Center.
The Building Facilities Maintenance Program is designed to prepare students for entry-level careers in facilities operations, building maintenance, property management support, and related skilled trades. Through hands-on instruction and industry-relevant training, participants will develop practical skills that are in demand across commercial, institutional, and residential facilities.
