NOTES:
- Students are encouraged to complete MAT 121 at DCCC, especially if they plan on pursuing an MSW. MAT 100, 125 and 126 should not be taken, as they will not apply towards the BSW.
- Students should choose one Foreign Language and complete two consecutive courses. Students who are bilingual are exempt from the FL requirement, but must complete an additional six (6) credits to meet graduation requirements, and should choose from the following based on their interest: PSY 202, PSY 204, PSY 205, PSY 220, PSY 290, PSY 241, PSY 242, SOC 219, or ECO 210. Students not completing the foreign language requirements must acquire approval from the Dean of Business, Computer and Social Sciences.
- Students who graduate from DCCC and participate in the Academic Passport can choose any Lab Science course. Students who do not participate in the Academic Passport must complete any Lab Science that is not designated as BIO.
- Students should choose one course from the following: ART, DRA, MUS, HUM 141 or HUM 142.
