Chestnut Hill College – Dual Admissions Agreement

The Dual Admissions (DA) program with Chestnut Hill College guarantees admission into a parallel bachelor’s program with junior status. To be eligible for guaranteed acceptance, students must graduate from DCCC with an A.A., A.S., A.A.S., or A.F.A. degree. Students may attend as a full-time or part-time student. Please refer to the full agreement found in Transfer Check.  

To enroll, students must complete an Intent to Enroll form before earning 30 college credits.  

Students must earn a minimum 2.00 GPA (higher for certain majors) and only credits from courses with grades of “C” or higher will transfer. The application fee will be waived.

Once accepted, students have the opportunity to enroll at Chestnut Hill College within one year of graduation from DCCC as long as they have not attended any other institutions following graduation.  

Scholarship amounts are awarded to those transferring with an A.A. or A.S. degree.  A.A.S. and A.F.A. degree holder will be evaluated on an individual basis. (based upon cumulative GPA from all post-secondary institutions attended) (dated 2013)

*Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society Scholarship will only apply to students who choose to enroll in our traditional, day program as a full-time student. Students will be eligible to earn an additional $2,000 per year. Students must provide proof of membership upon applying to Chestnut Hill College.

*Part-time will be paying $800/ credit hours and tuition discounts do not apply.
