New Students
For new students who have graduated high school or received their GED and are ready to begin their educational journey at DCCC, click here to access our standard application form.
Visiting Students
If you are a new visiting student, click here to begin the application. If you are a returning visiting student and you need to submit another application, please click here. When completing the online application please select “Visiting Student” for the “Application Type” (first question). Remember to provide the specific class information for the class(es) in which you are seeking to enroll as well as the letter from your home institution when completing application. International Students
The College welcomes students from around the world. Note: The international application process is only for students who require a student (F-1) visa to study at the College. Learn more about the admissions process for international students.
Returning Students
For returning students who were previously enrolled at the College and stopped attending for one year or longer, click here to access our standard application form.
Many programs offered by Delaware County Community College have special application requirements. Visit the page of the program you wish to pursue for specific details and application procedures. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Additional Program-Specific Application Requirements
Nursing Students
To apply for admission to the Nursing Program (RN), you should:
- Find a Nursing Information Session by searching events in our DCCC events calendar.
- Follow the instructions as outlined in the Nursing Entrance Requirements Packet- Fall 2026.
- After attending an information session and completing the nursing pre-requisite requirements as listed in the nursing packet, petition for the program by visiting dccc.edu/apply. *You must have previously completed the general application for admission before you can submit your online petition.
Surgical Technology Students
If you would like to apply for admission to the Surgical Technology program, you must:
- Attend an information session. To find out about upcoming sessions, search the DCCC events calendar.
- Follow the instructions as outlined in the Surgical Technology Entrance Requirements Packet – Fall 2026.
- After attending an information session and completing any surgical technology pre-requisite requirements as listed in the surgical technolgy packet, petition for the program by visiting dccc.edu/apply. *You must have previously completed the general application for admission before you can submit your online petition.
Emergency Services – Pandemic
The College has instituted the following admissions criteria for individuals seeking enrollment in the Paramedic-Advanced Life Support program:
- Either be a current Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Certification (Pennsylvania or National Registry) OR enroll in EMT class prior to or during the first semester in the program.
- Current Healthcare Provider Level Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Criminal background check
- Clear child abuse background check
- Take a medical physical examination and drug testing
- Delaware County Community College placement test
- Submit verification of current medical insurance
- Must be 18 years of age or older

UPS Earn & Learn Program
Through the Earn and Learn Tuition Assistance Program, students who are part-time UPS employees can receive thousands of dollars to help with college expenses.
