Photography Services Request Form

Please complete this form to request a photographer for an event or specific photo need. Requests should be made at least four weeks in advance.

Please note:

For Fiscal Year 2025-26, the Office of Marketing and Communications will no longer be covering the photoshoot costs for event photography unless the event is a major, College-wide event such as Commencement. If you’re unsure about your event, you may complete the form and someone from our team will be in touch to discuss. If you have a budget allocated to cover the costs of your event, please provide the appropriate information in the form below.
