Male Empowerment Initiative (MEI)

The purpose of this initiative is to improve the academic success rates, retention rates, graduation rates, and overall experiences of male students enrolled at Delaware County Community College. The initiative seeks to fulfill this purpose through achieving goals including: completing a needs assessment, evaluating existing programs and enhancing cultural competencies.

 

Female Empowerment Initiative (FEI)

The purpose of this initiative is to improve belongingness and sense of community among female students enrolled at Delaware County Community College. The initiative seeks to fulfill this purpose through offering opportunities for engaging discussions and programming that enhance the college experience.

College-wide Reading Program

The College-Wide Reading Program is an initiative intended to provide a common reading that encourages thought, discussion, and collaboration at Delaware County Community College. All members of the College community are invited to participate in related activities throughout the academic year.
