The Carter Center – Professional Enhancement Day
Professional Enhancement Day
Professional Enhancement Day (PED) was established in 2024 by President, Dr. Marta Yera Cronin, with the vision of providing all faculty and staff with a dedicated day to learn, grow, and share experiences.
Recognizing the importance of continuous development, this annual event offers a wide range of opportunities designed to enhance knowledge, skill sets, and abilities across various roles. Whether you’re looking to refine existing competencies, explore new areas of interest, or connect with colleagues across departments, PED offers something for everyone. With a diverse lineup of sessions, the day is tailored to support personal and professional development at every stage of your career. This event embodies the College’s commitment to fostering a culture of learning and growth, while empowering faculty and staff to reach their fullest potential and contribute to their ongoing success at Delaware County Community College.
