Weekend Schedule offers options at Delaware County Community College

Serious students know there’s more than one way to schedule college classes. At Delaware County Community College, we offer classes to fit all kinds of schedules: weekdays and evenings, through the internet, a hybrid combination of classroom and internet, and on weekends.

Weekend classes offer several advantages. Students can add an elective course not available during the week and stay on top of their studies. Working adults can use their weekends to take classes they can’t squeeze in during the week. A broad range of classes, from developmental to specialized electives, is available. Many are offered in a hybrid format, so it’s even possible to take a full load of classes (12 – 15 credits) on just Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Weekend classes for the Fall semester will be offered at the College’s Main Campus in Marple Township and at the Southeast Center in Sharon Hill. Classes are filling now and registration continues until August 25; the Fall semester begins the week of August 31 and ends the week of December 21 (15 weeks).

Current DCCC students can register online through the deleGATE portal or by making an appointment with their advisor. New students may begin the application process online, or call the Admissions Office at the Main Campus: 610-359-5050.
