College
credit may be awarded for training programs and other knowledge
gained on the job. Your training program may be assessed for
conversion into college credit.
How
does it work?
1.
Client Service representatives and faculty members from the
College meet with your representatives to discuss your goals
for employee development.
2.
In cooperation, these representatives review your existing staff
development programs and training to identify goals and competencies
attained by your employees.
3.
These goals and competencies will be matched with appropriate
college courses and curricula.
4.
Together they will create a seamless process that integrates
your corporate training programs with a college credit program.
