Adding an External Email Address to the Personal Address Book

1. In the Address Book window, click Add (located at the bottom of the Address Book window).

2. Click the Entry Type and then click OK.

3. Fill in the fields for the entry. The First name, Last name, and E-mail address fields must be filled in (see image below).

4. Click OK.You can add and modify records in your personal address books. However, only the system administrator can add and modify records in the system address book.
