Municipal Police Academy
Application Procedure

  • Complete the Municipal Police Academy registration form. Print the form from the website and mail it to the address on the bottom of the form; or call 610/359-7386 or 610/359-5367 to obtain an information packet and registration form; or e-mail psnyder@dccc.edu and provide name and address. An information packet and registration form will be mailed out via the US Postal Service.
  • Applicants will be advised of the dates for pre-admission testing.
  • Results of the testing will be mailed to applicants. This mailing will also contain, if applicable:
    1. Start date of classes;
    2. Dress code; and
    3. Billing information.

Those who wish to attend the Municipal Police Academy Act 120 Training may be eligible for financial aid. Those who qualify may be eligible for Stafford Loans and/or PELL grants. For further information regarding financial aid, please contact the College’s Financial Aid office at 610/359-5330.
